  • Goal: Create a cost-efficient, modular oil refinery producing gasoline, diesel, and fuel oil for local and regional consumption

    • 75% Light Hydrocarbons: Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene (~225,000 tons/year)

    • 20% Heavy Hydrocarbons: Fuel Oil (~60,000 tons/year)

    • 5% Technical Loss/Use

    • Isomerization & secondary distillation to enhance fuel quality
